1. Clear pathway to Associate and Associate Director level, not just another fee-earning seat
2. Structured support model with dedicated Welcome and Post-Completion teams
3. High-volume conveyancing without the admin overload or burnout culture
This Residential Property role is based in Merseyside and offers the chance to join a large, well-resourced conveyancing team where the infrastructure is already in place to help you focus on what you do best, running files and looking after clients.
You’ll step into a busy caseload from day one, handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, supported by centralised onboarding and post-completion teams. The expectation is that you’ll quickly become a reliable, steady presence within the team, someone trusted by colleagues, clients and referrers alike.
Over the first 12 months, you’ll build further autonomy and confidence, contributing to the wider team through knowledge-sharing, mentoring junior staff and helping maintain strong file standards. Longer term, there’s genuine scope to progress into Associate or Associate Director level as part of the department’s leadership pipeline.
The culture is collaborative, structured and pragmatic. It’s a sizeable residential property operation, but one designed to avoid chaos, with clear processes, operational support and an emphasis on quality as well as volume. People who do well here tend to be organised, reliable and team-oriented rather than flashy or overly corporate.
