We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and work closely with children requiring additional support to thrive both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs. Work one-to-one or with small groups to meet individual learning needs. Collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCo to deliver targeted interventions. Foster positive relationships to promote pupils’ confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Support the creation of an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported. What We’re Looking For: A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) with experience supporting children with SEND. Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or other learning needs. Recent experience of working in a primary school setting Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach. A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
