Salary: Up to £39,142.63 per annum (dependent on experience), with potential to rise to £41,948 based on length of service.

What We Are Looking For
We are excited to welcome a Senior/Supervising Social Worker to our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will:
* Recruit, train, assess, support, and supervise a diverse range of foster carers, ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
* You are an enthusiastic self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and carers.
* Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) are essential, along with good IT skills for high-quality report writing.
* You must be a qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration. Recent experience in fostering and services for children is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
* A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is required.
* We seek innovative applicants who share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.

This is a full-time, permanent position that is home-based, offering a competitive starting salary of up to £39,142.63 (dependent on experience), plus a car allowance or company car.
