A highly respected care provider recognised nationally for delivering exceptional support services is seeking aRegistered Service Managerto lead one of its residential services in the Horwich area.
The Role:
As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the service while inspiring and empowering your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional support and maximise independence for the people who live in the service.
2. Promoting a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring staff wellbeing and professional development are prioritised.
3. Managing the service effectively to achieve quality, compliance, and financial targets.
