We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-focused Data Administration Assistant to support the migration of HR and payroll data from an existing system to a new platform within the education sector. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition of HR and payroll records and maintaining data integrity during the project. Ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has strong administrative and data-handling skills. Assist in the extraction, cleansing, and validation of HR and payroll data for migration
Support the mapping and transformation of data between old and new HR and payroll systems
Perform data entry and verification tasks to ensure accuracy during the migration process
Work with the payroll and IT teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
Conduct post-migration data audits and support reconciliation processes
Help maintain detailed records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Provide administrative support to the payroll migration project team, including file handling and system updates
Maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR and data protection compliance throughout
Proactively escalate issues to the Team Leader or relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain the integrity of the migration process.
