Our client, an innovative and Independent Boutique investment firm, are seeking an PA/ Travel Manager to join their expanding team on a Permanent basis.
This position is a fully office based role. Hours 8am-6pm.
About the Role
* Take full responsibility for diary management and travel bookings
* Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette and timely responses
* Support with internal compliance
About You
* Experienced in either operating as an Office Manager, Office Administrator or Personal Assistant.
* Previous experience managing global travel arrangements (mainly Europe and the middle east)
* Strong diary management skills
* Previous exposure to office coordination
* A willingness to support and help across the business as and when required
