Senior Property Manager
Horsham | Full-time | £30,000 – £36,000
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our clients growing team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take on a senior role overseeing a residential portfolio while helping shape operational strategy and leading a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are managed to the highest standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction, while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the property management team, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, including maintenance coordination, compliance, budgets, and tenant relations.
* Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, performance, and client experience.
* Ensure all properties are managed in line with current legislation and industry regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery across the department.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a Senior Property Manager or similar property management role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
* Excellent knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance, including the Renters Reform/Rights landscape.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* ARLA / Propertymark qualification (preferred).
* Full UK Driving Licence (required).
