An excellent opportunity for a Building Standards Surveyor to join our award winning Building Standards team in a very challenging yet beautiful part of Scotland. Based in Oban, this hybrid post, covers the full range of building standards verification and non-verification activities, with the ability to work flexibility from home, or other Council office(s) when not on site visits. In the absence of qualified Surveyors, consideration will be given to appointing an Assistant Building Standards Surveyor (starting salary £34,) for candidates with a HNC/HND in Building Standards or equivalent, to embark on a development program to become as Building Standards Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional career development.
