Your Role: Swimming Coordinator
As our Swimming Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our swim programme. Your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling 1:1 swimming lessons
* Coordinating school swim programmes
* Managing and empowering our swim instructors
* Delivering exceptional customer service to all pool users
Your leadership will help transform non-swimmers into confident pool users and assist swimmers in achieving their fitness goals.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
* Previous management experience, ideally in a swimming environment
* A commitment to ongoing personal development (attending at least 2 courses/workshops per year)
* A solid understanding of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway
* A genuine passion for swimming and promoting active lifestyles
