We are looking for a Process Support Assistant (PSA) to join our Family Help Triage team.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for inputting referrals from professionals, families and external services. Working in a team environment to maintain systems and processes within the service. Being proactive and identifying solutions to problems and working collaboratively with colleagues from First Response Children’s duty and the wider Family Help service
About You

To apply for this post, you must have:
1. Experience of working in an environment dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
2. Experience of using case recording systems (mosaic, synergy) and other IT packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience of working in children or family services within a health, social care or education context. This may be in either a statutory provider setting, or voluntary/community sector.
4. A good understanding and working knowledge of the safeguarding agenda
5. The ability to prioritise a demanding workload
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, ae to work alongside colleagues from different agencies and services. Following procedures and keeping records up to date.
7. A flexible approach to work, covering for colleagues as required.
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
In addition, we also expect you to share and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
