KYC Onboarding Manager Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire Team: Operations A leadership opportunity for an experienced KYC professional to manage and develop a team of 5 onboarding associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely client onboarding (targeting a 48-hour turnaround), while driving process improvements and maintaining high regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the onboarding team to meet performance targets. Oversee day-to-day onboarding operations and ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations. Act as an escalation point for client issues and maintain oversight of onboarding quality. Conduct audits and prepare performance and compliance reports. Identify and implement process improvements, including use of technology. Requirements: Strong experience in KYC or client onboarding, with proven leadership experience. Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory compliance. Background in financial services or similar regulated industries preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
