Overview
Opportunity with an established, family‑run, manufacturer‑approved dealership in Canterbury. Enjoy a 5‑day working week, no Sundays, and a strong commission structure (OTE £50,000). This role is perfect for an experienced sales executive who values a supportive environment and strong brand backing, working on both new and used vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a professional and customer‑focused sales experience
* Manage the full sales journey for new and used vehicles
* Build strong relationships with customers and local buyers
* Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
* Maintain accurate administration and FCA compliance
* Represent the dealership and brand professionally at all times
Requirements
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
* Proven success in a sales‑driven, target‑focused role
* Proactive, organised, and confident in closing deals
* Ideally some main dealer experience
* Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
* £12k basic / £14k accredited; OTE £50,000+
* Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑6pm, Sat 8:30am‑5pm (5‑day week)
* BH rota 10am‑4pm
* 23 days' holiday + BH
