Responsibilities
* Work in accordance with GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector or DSSS.
* Build user-centered practices in new teams.
* Align user research activities with broader plans to inform service propositions.
* Conduct user research and supervise other researchers to ensure best practices.
* Promote inclusive research, advocating for accessible services for all users.
* Apply a wide range of primary and secondary user research methods.
* Analyze and synthesize research data, engaging colleagues in the process.
* Present research findings effectively to various audiences.
* Understand social and technological contexts of projects.
* Align user research activities with strategic decision-making.
* Understand technologies used in digital services.
* Help teams adopt user-centered and agile practices.
Qualifications
* Over 4 years of User Research experience.
* Experience working to GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
* Full right to work in the UK.
* Eligible for Security Clearance.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model.
