About the role
This is a Part-Time Role
You will ensure customer needs are exceeded by working across various store areas, so no two days are the same. Tasks may include filling shelves, serving on tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries. Your efforts will ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service.
We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging to ensure readiness for delivery.
* Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff, responding appropriately to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues as needed.
Requirements
* A proactive attitude and comfort with working to meet pick rate targets.
* A passion for customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
* Punctuality, proper presentation, and reliability.
