Sales/Membership Consultant: Department: Membership Reports to : Christain Roach Hours: 40hrs includes weekends/varying shift pattern Key Objectives: To increase the number of new members on a month-by-month basis To increase the overall number of members through retention To meet Sales and Retention kpi’s collectively through team work To deliver an excellent customer experience every time To enhance an already very successful Team Key Tasks: To develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members To tour and sign-up new members To utilize Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy.
