Position: Store Manager (Dulwich, London)
Work hours: 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
* Deliver outstanding customer proposition by managing the branch, serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves.
* Ensure daily service excellence by coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to provide great customer experience and driving sales through service.
* Help the team with practical tasks: unpacking deliveries, opening/closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and putting orders together.
* Maintain a positive culture, give feedback, praise, recognition, and foster a fun working environment.
* Build relationships and support team development and succession planning.
* Build a great place to work where engagement is key.
