Overview
Part Time Distribution Administrator
Our established agricultural client based in the outskirts of Shrewsbury is looking for a temporary, part time distribution administrator to cover maternity leave, and hit the ground running to ensure the smooth handover.
Responsibilities
* Inputting and collating Wynnstay driver delivery documentation.
* Arranging for driver digital tachograph cards to be downloaded on a weekly basis.
* Acting as a point of contact for drivers and the Distribution team.
* Providing general assistance on site at peak times to ensure efficient business activity.
* Co-ordinating compliance with Health and Safety requirements and various Distribution regulations.
* Providing general office support when required, including assisting the wider Distribution and Customer Services teams.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Strong IT knowledge and skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
* Can work closely within a team whilst also working under own initiative
Details
Length of contract: Temporary 9-month contract / Until 29th May 2026
Hours: 30 hours/week - Monday-Friday (9.00am-3.00pm)
Salary: £12.21ph
