The role
A key position within the marketing team focused on supporting franchise locations and driving local growth:
• Act as the main marketing contact for franchisees
• Plan and execute launch campaigns for new nurseries
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns with agency partners
• Drive local engagement through paid social and content
• Ensure brand consistency across all locations
Main duties
You will take ownership of franchise marketing activity, ensuring results-driven campaigns and strong stakeholder relationships:
• Support franchisees with marketing plans, site visits, and ongoing guidance
• Deliver new nursery launch campaigns from build phase to opening
• Manage campaign performance across PPC, SEO, and paid social
• Create content and support social media strategy across the network
• Coordinate marketing requests and projects via workflow tools
The successful candidate
• Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within multi-site or franchise environments
• Strong working knowledge of social platforms and Meta Ads Manager
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
What’s on offer?
• £32-37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Office-based role in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, with occasional travel
