We are partnering with their COO and People Director on the pivotal appointment of a Head of Marketing, which is the most senior marketing role in the organisation and will be accountable for the strategic development and operational delivery of the marketing strategy.
This role will contribute to the organisations commercial success by;
* Raising engagement through digital first content.
* Delivering strong integrated campaigns that raise awareness and inspire people to connect with the organisation.
* Driving commercial revenue through multiple channels.
Key elements of this position will include developing a market leading website, delivering impactful campaigns across multiple platforms, appointing and managing external agencies and supporting the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
* This role requires extensive experience in managing brand, both online and offline, digital marketing expertise, campaign management experience and a collaborative approach to work with stakeholders across the organisation
