Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Middlesbrough, North East
Pay: £95 – £120 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Just finished university and thinking about a career in education? GSL Education are recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic way to gain hands-on classroom experience while earning and building your confidence in schools.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Cover Supervisor:
* Supervising classes when teachers are absent
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans (no planning required!)
* Keeping students engaged and focused during lessons
* Managing classroom behaviour in a supportive way
* Helping students with their learning and wellbeing
* Sharing feedback with teachers after lessons

* Confident, approachable, and professional individuals
* An interest in education or working with young people
* Some experience with young people is helpful, but not essential
* A good understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
