As a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Planning, Culture & Practices Team, you will lead critical initiatives that drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will apply advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking to optimise complex business processes, define requirements for enterprise-level solutions, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies.

As a Senior Business Analyst within the Digital Planning, Culture & Practices Team, you will lead critical initiatives that drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will apply advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking to optimise complex business processes, define requirements for enterprise-level solutions, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and shaping digital strategies that align with organisational objectives. Your role will involve leading workshops, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to governance frameworks that underpin successful transformation.

Your work will enable data-driven decisions, deliver measurable efficiency gains, and support the organisation’s long-term digital roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing


* Strategic Process Optimisation: Lead identification and implementation of advanced process improvements, leveraging automation and digital tools to deliver measurable efficiency gains
* Executive-Level Insights: Provide high-quality analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, including impact assessments and strategic options
* Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate complex workshops with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of requirements with organisational priorities
* Enterprise Documentation: Develop comprehensive artefacts including process maps, technical specifications, and solution blueprints for enterprise-wide initiatives
* Technology Integration Leadership: Define and validate technical requirements for large-scale systems, ensuring robust integration and compliance with architecture standards
* Digital Strategy Alignment: Partner with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation strategies and influence prioritisation of initiatives
* Change Leadership: Support organisational change by designing training frameworks and leading adoption strategies for new technologies
* Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to and maintain multi-year digital transformation roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans
* Solution Evaluation: Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for complex digital solutions, providing clear recommendations for investment decisions
* Budget & Compliance Oversight: Monitor budgets for strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and governance standards


What You’ll Bring

* Advanced Process Analysis: Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and automation design
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align initiatives with organisational goals
* Complex Requirement Management: Skilled in eliciting, validating, and prioritising requirements for enterprise-scale solutions
* Feasibility & ROI Analysis: Strong experience in developing business cases and impact assessments for multi-million-pound initiatives
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts to executive and technical audiences
* Modelling & Visualisation: Advanced proficiency in modelling tools and data visualisation techniques
* Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and resolve conflicts effectively
* Mentorship: Experience in coaching junior analysts and promoting best practices
* Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities
* Business Acumen: Deep understanding of digital technologies, transformation frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles


Minimum Criteria

* Experience:Minimum 7–10 years in business analysis or related roles, with significant exposure to digital transformation programmes
* BA Practice Development: Experience in establishing, growing, or maturing a Business Analysis capability—including defining standards, best practices, frameworks, tooling, and governance that support consistent high‑quality delivery across programmes.
* Process Optimisation Expertise:Advanced knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and automation principles
* Strategic Delivery:Proventrack recordof delivering complex initiatives with measurable business outcomes
* Technical Integration:Experience working with enterprise IT teams on large-scale system implementations
* Digital Strategy Contribution:Demonstratedability to shape and influence digital roadmaps
* Leadership:Experience in mentoring and leading analysis teams
