Job Summary:
Join Hotel Chocolat as a Contact Centre Trainee Consultant, providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls. You'll handle orders, subscriptions, payments, and account updates while meeting performance targets. We’re looking for customer-focused individuals with service experience and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:
1. To deliver an exceptional Hotel Chocolat customer experience at all times
2. To deliver the required call quality targets
3. To deliver the required sales targets.
4. To deliver the required productivity targets.
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous Customer Service experience is essential
2. Experience of delivering against clear targets is essential
3. Previous call centre experience is desirable
4. Full driving licence is desirable
5. A genuine love of chocolate would be an advantage!
