Responsible for overall success of all software implementation of Manhattan products, in addition to internal resource management and career development, whilst retaining ownership of the long term relationship with the customer leadership team.
Able to be independently responsible for overall client project relationship and project direction/completion. Ability to direct both large and small project lines in their entirety.
Collaborate with/report to a more senior level position for the successful completion of client projects.
Deep experience in supply chain solutions, how they are utilised by our customers.
Skilful in contributing to the overall strategic customer capability roadmap and to the successful implementation of strategies.
Senior Project Management responsibilities, retaining the ability to project manage customer projects directly, if required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
1. Oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers.
2. Advise clients on the development of change management plans.
3. Deep experience in supply chain.
4. Perform on-going risk analysis and provides support of sales activities.
5. Develop and mentors line managers and team members.
6. Oversee all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation.
7. Ability to communicate with D & C-level Executives.
8. Engagement management and influencing.
9. Up-sell, creating proposals, build and manage existing customer relationships.
10. Create and execute services sales opportunities at existing customer relationships.
11. Oversees schedules, forecasts and budgets.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
12. B.S. degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or information systems. MBA preferred.
13. Prior software project management experience with at least
14. At least 5 years’ experience in WMS or supply chain software.
15. Experience leading a professional service group.
16. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
17. Resource planning, financial forecasting & management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations
18. Average travel 50 - 75%
19. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
