EA to CEO
C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA to support the CEO at a finance company based in Croydon. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and operations run seamlessly.
Position Details
* Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
* Hybrid set up: Fully office based in Croydon
* Benefits: Pension, private health, holiday 26 days

Key Responsibilities
* Full diary and inbox management for the CEO
* Coordinating UK and international travel, including logistics and hospitality
* Managing expenses, budgets, and subscriptions
* Supporting stakeholder engagement and briefing processes
* Maintaining accurate records and SharePoint structures
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast‑paced environment
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Advanced Outlook skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* A solutions‑focused approach and keen eye for detail
* Collaborative and professional, with a genuine belief in teamwork
