About the Role As a key member of our team, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, contractors, and internal teams—ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout our investment and repair programmes. You’ll: Act as the main point of contact for customers during planned and capital works. Resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage appointments and support consultation meetings with customers and leaseholders. Arrange temporary accommodation and support customers throughout the decanting process. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing or a similar sector. Is a confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Can work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Is IT-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and other systems. Holds a valid driving licence and has access to an appropriately insured vehicle.
