Key Responsibilities
As an
Internal Sales Executive
, you will:
* Drive sales growth by targeting new and dormant accounts to improve overall performance.
* Actively promote the company's products and services to maximise opportunities.
* Seek out new business with customers across facilities management, retail, contractors, and commercial sectors in Belfast and surrounding areas.
* Work closely with the manager and sales team to produce accurate, timely customer quotations.
* Maintain and grow an existing customer base, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
* Support the busy trade counter, serving customers face-to-face when required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven track record
in
telephone sales
within
Electrical Wholesale
or a
similar trade industry

* Confident in supporting customers both over the phone and face-to-face
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
