The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of the estate master planning process, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other LSBU Group sites in Lambeth and Southwark.
This position is suited to candidates with a proven track record of managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
