It's an exciting time at Sense as our team is expanding! We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Community Support Worker to join our team. Our Get Out There (GOT) Service supports children and young people with their social programme of activities.
This will be a permanent role, working 10 hours per week in Solihull. There is a morning call required for 1 hour in the mornings, and community activities will be from 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 10am-2pm on weekends.
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide 1-1 support to a child with Autism and learning difficulties to access the community, supporting sensory activities both at home and in the community.
You will support and participate in activities they enjoy, such as visiting parks and swimming.

Your required skills and experiences:
* A full UK driving license is essential, and you must be willing/able to drive your own vehicle
* Experience working with individuals with Autism is desirable
