About the role
Connex Education is partnering with a SEND school in the Churh Village area of Rhondda Cynon Taf to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant. While prior experience in special needs is not required, a solid understanding of the needs of learners with ALN (Additional Learning Needs) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges would be beneficial. Candidates with a background in mainstream education or experience as care or support workers will be well-suited for this role.

Person specification
* Aged 19 and over
* C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Care / Support Worker Background
* DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
* EWC registered
