Overview
We are seeking full-time, permanent Operations Administrators to join our team in Blyth and Worksop. This role supports a leading retail company, B&Q.
Shift Pattern and Hours
Rotating shift of 4 on 4 off with hours from 07:00 – 17:00 and 13:00 – 23:00.

Daily Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve operational issues such as order delays, inventory discrepancies, and system errors
* Maintain warehouse records, shipment logs, and inventory reports
* Process stock orders and handle warehouse duties using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Update productivity statistics and generate reports
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in fast-paced, complex environments
* Strong numeric, literacy, and IT skills
* Attention to detail and professional work approach
