We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major tunnel and shafts project in Worthing. This is a long-term opportunity on a complex civil engineering scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site activities on tunnelling and shaft works
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
*
Managing subcontractors, labour and plant
*
Coordinating with engineering and commercial teams
*
Ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and project specifications
*
Producing RAMS, short-term programmes and progress reports
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
*
Strong background in tunnelling, shafts, deep excavations or heavy civils
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage works in a live construction environment
What’s on Offer:

£380 – £480 per day (CIS / LTD) depending on experience

12-month contract with potential extension
