Logoplaste UK are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our UK HR & Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR, supporting day-to-day operations and helping deliver a positive employee experience.
This role will report to the UK HR Generalist and will support Manufacturing sites across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process; including posting job ads, CV screening, right to work, offers and contracts.
2. Support managers with any employee relations processes and documentation.
3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; Success Factors, Skillsoft and CV Warehouse.
4. Support HR administration and reporting; including contracts, letters, KPIs, newsletters, annual reviews, training.
5. Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR support.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, ACAS and UK employment law.
Who we are looking for…
7. CIPD Level minimum, with previous experience in a HR Administrative/Advice role
8. Excellent knowledge of the ACAS Code of Practice
9. Previous experience in Manufacturing (at least year desired)
10. Experience with HR Systems – Success Factors (advantageous)
11. Basic payroll awareness (advantageous)
12. Recruitment process experience (advantageous)
13. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
16. Confidentiality and a professional attitude
