As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns with industry standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline processes across multiple business units.
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
* Work closely with Quality and Project leadership to ensure alignment of departments with business objectives from a quality perspective.
* Engage with clients to discuss project-specific compliance, quality plans, risk assessments, and inspection test plans.
* Foster relationships with the local community through engagement days and volunteering initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in civils/highways projects.
* Membership to the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
* ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
* Familiarity with BS EN 99001.
