Overview
A PA is required to join an existing team supporting a lady living in the HU7 area. She has Frontal Lobe Dementia and lives with her daughter and her family. The lady wishes to remain in her own home and uses PA support to achieve this. She has round the clock care as she cannot be left alone.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning, laundry, general household chores maintaining her room and bathroom
* Some basic meal preparation
* Assisting with showering, dressing and personal care
Hours and Location
There are up to 32 hrs per week available, this will include 8hrs on either Sat or Sun and 1 overnight per week (12hrs). The employer is happy to negotiate hours and days for the right PA. There will be other hours available covering holidays and sickness.
Requirements
* There is a genuine occupational requirement for a FEMALE worker, and therefore only applications from FEMALES will be considered. (Exempt under the Equality Act 2010.)
* Disclosure and Barring Service check required; the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.
