We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, in-house cleaner with good attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with the use of MS Word/Excel and be able to complete weekly/monthly site checks, along with stock takes for the drinks machines and cleaning supplies. However, this is not essential. Timings and hours are flexible.
Working Hours:
20 hours from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
All cleaning requirements at 2 sites, including but not limited to sweeping/mopping all floors, cleaning windows, doors, and touch points, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, cleaning machines and workstations, etc.
Emptying bins and replacing liners as instructed, and ensuring waste is disposed of in the correct bins.
Thoroughly cleaning toilets, the kitchen, and other facilities is required.
Replenishing and managing the inventory for all supplies, e.g., hand towels, hand wash, toilet paper, etc. Informing the purchasing department or line manager with enough notice when more supplies are required.
General cleaning and housekeeping duties within the warehouse and production area, e.g.
Regular cleaning and refilling of the drinks machine.
Support in the packing and dispatch department as and when required.
Any other reasonable duties as required by the line manager, Senior Management, and/or Directors.
Support in compliance matters, e.g., COSHH checks, Racking Checks, Weekly/monthly Site Checks, and other general tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of the company's ISO certifications.
