Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
* Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
* Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
* Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
* Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
Profil
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors.
* Sales-focused and results-oriented.
* Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards.
* Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
* Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
* Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
