Job Description
3. Partner Senior Management on the implementation and execution of the Lead for Growth strategy and key people processes Performance coaching leaders to grow talent, simplify organisations, lead and engage people
4. To develop and execute People Plans, initiatives and actions in line with business plans and goals and to support local/functional needs, improvement to and delivery of people capability and performance indicators
5. Provide leadership and guidance on People matters, bringing expertise, external and internal insights to site leadership team and wider People team to foster a continuous improvement approach, drive improved decision making locally and nationally
6. To ensure a positive employee experience so that people are engaged in line with an employer of choice ethos and values
7. Driving the empowerment/self service capability, collaboratively with the People Services, Resourcing and Advisor teams to ensure timely, relevant support and service
8. Collaborating with the Centres of Excellence in representing the voice of the internal customer to ensure that central initiatives are fit for purpose. Implementing central initiatives effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should be:
9. A proven HR Business Partner to Senior Stakeholders within an FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or Distribution Environment
10. A senior HR/People generalist with experience of leading and coaching people
11. Demonstrating a background in driving, leading and supporting through change
12. Experience of working in collaboration with Trade Unions and/or colleague forums at a site/depot level
13. A strong breadth and depth of knowledge across the various specialist areas within HR and regarded as a trusted advisor by your senior colleagues and leadership team.
