We are recruiting for a Rent & Income officer to join a housing association in Manchester immediately, until the end of April. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday offering hybrid working. Your new roleAs a Rent Officer, you'll be responsible for managing rent accounts, supporting tenants with arrears, and ensuring income is maximised across the housing stock. You'll handle queries, set up repayment plans, monitor accounts, and work closely with housing teams to maintain strong rent collection performance.
This role requires one day a week in the office, with the remainder carried out remotely. This is a temp contract until the end of April.
