Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the Eastleigh area. This is a term-time only position with hours that can be adapted to suit your availability and lifestyle. About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. Support teaching and learning activities tailored to individual education plans (IEPs). Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and emotional well-being. Work alongside teachers and support staff to deliver a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. Help students overcome barriers to learning and develop essential life skills.
