As a Junior Account Manager, you will...
* Support the relationships across Top 4 Grocery, High Street and Discounter retailers.
* Research and identify relevant retail buyers and create effective sales plan.
* Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimize product distribution, and increase profitability.
* Continuously build new relationships, a lot of new business involved.
What will you need?
* 1+ years experience within a sales role in the FMCG sector.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
