We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior EHS Advisor to join our construction team and help drive a positive safety culture across our project sites. You will play a key supporting role in promoting and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and best practices. Responsibilities include: Support the implementation of EHS policies and procedures on construction sites. Assist in conducting site inspections, safety walks, and toolbox talks. Monitor compliance with site rules, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems. Help identify hazards and recommend control measures. Assist in incident and near-miss investigations, reporting, and follow-up. Maintain accurate site safety documentation, including induction records, inspection logs, and safety data. Participate in risk assessments and method statement reviews (RAMS). Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote safe working practices. Contribute to EHS reports and performance tracking. Support environmental initiatives, such as waste management and pollution control. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in an EHS-related role within construction (internships or placements are acceptable). Working knowledge of relevant construction safety legislation (e.g., OSHA, HSE, or local equivalents). Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with all levels on-site. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Desirable: First Aid at Work certificate. Manual Handling, Working at Height, or other construction-specific safety training. Familiarity with EHS reporting software or digital inspection tools.
