Overview

As a ServiceNow Director for our Advisory practice, you will design and deliver robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions, lead a growing team of consultants, and work with clients to maximize the value of ServiceNow while ensuring scale, security, and performance. The role is hybrid and requires UK Security Clearance or eligibility. The position can be based from multiple UK offices and involves travel to other UK locations and client sites.
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a team that consults, implements, and configures ServiceNow workflows for customers.
* Oversee delivery and manage staff within the practice; develop and market new propositions; drive business development from opportunity identification to client approval and closing new sales.
* Manage business operations including compliance, utilization, staffing, and P&L; contribute to revenue growth of the Business Consulting and Advisory business.
* Collaborate with other teams (Digital Transformation, IP, Global Technology Operations service delivery) and carry accountability for delivering acceptable financial performance to the business.
* Engage with clients at CXO level, influence portfolio development, and lead conversations on ServiceNow solutions and related IT/Business topics.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow programmes and teams to deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
* Strong IT Services background across multi-discipline environments, including consulting; senior-level experience in IT Services, gained through large-scale Systems Integrator or Consulting firms.
* Experience growing a business and delivering high-quality solutions and proposals to support business development, including service design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
* Ability to develop and present to CxO-level executives; capability in portfolio development, consulting, and sales support across IT services.
* Experience in IT financial management, business case development, and P&L management; knowledge of commercial models, pricing, contracts, IP protection, and ITIL4/ITSM/Agile Service Management concepts.
* Strong leadership, thought leadership, and industry knowledge; experience with ES(M)I, SIAM/SMI is a plus.
