Benefits and Efficiencies Analyst - 32067

We are establishing a Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to centralise the portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We are seeking two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team.
The team shapes and optimises project Portfolios, ensures strategic alignment, enhances decision-making, and provides evidence to manage risk across change and transformation. This role offers hands-on experience in change and transformation with development opportunities and supportive colleagues.
You will be part of the PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across our portfolio, helping set and embed standards for benefits and value management, and assisting teams to identify, value, and validate their project benefits.
Location: Hybrid working. National role with an EA Office base location. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers to support portfolio decision-making.
* Help to set standards for benefits and value management and embed them across projects.
* Identify, value, and validate project benefits.
* Collaborate across organisational boundaries to build constructive relationships.
* Produce guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
Experience / Skills
* Strong analytical skills with experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Commitment to diversity and capability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
