Job Title: Support Worker
Leicestershire County Council
Work Location: Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7RR and Loughborough, LE11 3BJ (must be able to travel to work from other sites in Leicestershire); The Trees, Deveron Way, Hinckley, LE10 0XD.
Grade 6 £25,188 - £25,590 per annum - pro rata for part time(£13.25 per hour)
25 hour per week (Must be able to work flexibly and participate in a staff rota that incorporates working weekends and bank holidays between the hours of 7am and 10pm)
Contract Type: Permanent
Ability to travel and work from various locations throughout the County and travel between sites as required.
Our friendly team at Charnwood Supported Living are looking for a part time support worker to join our established team. Charnwood Supported living operates across two houses supporting up to 8 adults, providing supported living care for adults with learning disability, Autism, Physical disabilities and Sensory impairments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work as part of our team, to provide person centred care.

We are looking for people who can help us to deliver high quality care and support to adults with a learning disability in our Supported Living Service.
You will deliver day to day support, providing assistance with personal care, promoting choice and control alongside maximising independence.
You don't need to have any previous formal experience in care, we are interested in people who share our values to join our committed team and celebrate individuality and diversity.
We will provide the training needed (in work-time) and have a team behind you to mentor, coach and support your journey.
You will work in accordance with Leicestershire County Council's Employee Code of Conduct, Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers.
We will meet the training costs and the DBS enhanced check (Adults Barred List) for a regulated activity required for this post.
