Key Responsibilities:
6. Monitor and document operational standards across the centre.
7. Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
8. Proactively address any issues and ensure swift resolution.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality benchmarks.
10. Maintain detailed records and reports to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
11. A background in high-end hospitality or luxury corporate environment is preferred.
12. Strong attention to detail ensuring that every aspect of the environment, from presentation to cleanliness and service, meets consistently high standards.
13. Confidence in client-facing situations and a proactive approach to problem-solving
14. A passion for maintaining excellence in service and facilities
