The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £100m and multiple projects in the pipeline for 2025 working with some of the largest Housebuilding and Civil Engineering companies in the UK.\n\nDuties:\n•\tOptimising contract profitability \n•\tProvide quotations to clients for variations\n•\tAccurate monthly cost and value reports\n•\tAll other daily tasks performed by a Assistant Quantity Surveyor\n\nRequirements:\n•\tAssistant Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks or other relevant fields\n•\tTime management skills and meeting deadlines\n•\tA Degree in Quantity Surveying or an associated discipline \n•\tProficient in all Microsoft packages e.g.
