We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts (BAs) capable of quickly understanding complex business problems, analyzing people, processes, and technical requirements, and shaping technology solutions. What does success look like?
* Extensive experience as a BA within high-performing Agile teams
* Strong relationship-building skills to drive solutions collaboratively
* Beneficial understanding of the Financial and Automotive industries
* Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities flexibly
* Experience delivering IT system requirements and Agile stories
* Knowledge of waterfall, iterative, digital, and Agile methodologies
* Experience with Kanban and database-driven systems
* Support for complex change projects and feasibility studies
* Awareness of Design Thinking principles
* Experience with user-centered design and research techniques
* Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
* Understanding of legal, regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data
* Motivated, flexible, driven, and personally committed
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine feature backlogs
* Support detailed design and implementation with Technical Architects
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements and dependencies
* Create design documents and backlog tickets to specify functional requirements
* Assist in story creation, refinement, and estimation
* Facilitate workshops for prioritization and scheduling
* Propose process improvements and document workflows
* Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly
* Design and configure systems to meet customer needs and improve iteratively
* Ensure strict control of client data and information
