Job Overview
As a Training Coordinator, you will facilitate and administer training arrangements for the company’s Training and Compliance Management System (TMS) client workforce, in conjunction with the training matrix. You will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements for TMS client employees, including course bookings, scheduling training, and issuing certifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate training activities aligned with client requirements
* Process training bookings according to departmental policies and procedures
* Manage the status of all courses
* Contact suppliers to secure training solutions for TMS clients
* Update and maintain the client’s Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee training records
* Generate and send Joining Instructions following company policies
* Notify delegates of any changes or cancellations
* Monitor training progress to ensure compliance
* Calculate Managed Event costs as per departmental processes
* Arrange accommodation if needed
* Adhere to departmental and client processes
* Maintain accurate data within relevant systems
* Ensure KPIs are met
* Communicate professionally with team members and clients
* Manage changing situations to deliver training requirements
* Identify solutions to optimize departmental software and procedures
* Follow escalation policies for customer complaints
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the TMS Team Lead
