About the role
As part of our Nursery team, you will help deliver outstanding care and education for children within our setting. Working closely with colleagues, you will help create a stimulating environment that supports each childs learning journey, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our child-led in the moment planning approach.
For those joining through our apprenticeship pathway, you will work alongside experienced practitioners while completing your Level 3 Early Years qualification, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a supportive environment.
About you
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with young children and thrive in a team environment.
Depending on the opportunity, you may have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children under five
A strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Applicants interested in the apprenticeship route should have a minimum Grade 3 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths and be committed to completing the apprenticeship programme.
