CCaaS/UCaaS New Business Sales

£60,000 - £75,000 base + DOUBLE UNCAPPED OTE

Remote (UK) with Regular Team Meet-Ups in Bristol | Private Sector Focus

Are you a consultative closer who thrives on winning net new logos and building lasting client relationships in the B2B SaaS space?

We’re working with a fast-growing UK CCaaS/UCaaS partner that designs and delivers cutting-edge customer engagement and communication platforms. They help organisations modernise how they connect with their customers — from first contact through to long-term loyalty — and they’re looking for a senior new business professional to drive growth in the commercial sector!

What you’ll be doing

Driving your own pipeline of new business opportunities from first conversation to contract signature.

Collaborating with lead generation teams, marketing, and solution specialists to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, uncovering challenges, and presenting tailored technology solutions.

Representing the business at selected industry events and conferences.

Full autonomy on nurturing 200+ existing client accounts further

Managing a sales cycle that can range from quick wins to strategic, multi-stakeholder projects.

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ success in complex, consultative B2B CCaaS/UCaaS sales — ideally with experience in customer engagement, communications, or cloud-based platforms.

A proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive markets.

Ability to discuss both technical capabilities and business outcomes with credibility.

Comfortable with UK travel for client meetings, team days, and events.

A stable career history — you deliver results and stick around to see them through.
